Hrant Simonyan

Hrant Simonyan graduated from Yerevan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Law in 2022 and a Master of Law with honors in 2024. In 2023, he became a member of the Chamber of Lawyers of the Republic of Armenia.

To further his legal knowledge, Hrant entered the graduate program at the YSU Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Law, in 2024. Seizing the opportunity provided by MB Legal CJSC to offer legal advice to investment companies operating in Armenia, he decided to focus his dissertation on the specifics of the legal regulation of investment services. His goal is to identify issues in this area and propose effective solutions.

Hrant began his practical activities during his early student years. Through continuous and intensive work, he gained extensive experience in providing legal services. He has specialized and continues to deepen his expertise in contractual, corporate, administrative, and competition law.

Hrant joined the team in 2024 and demonstrated a high level of professional competence from the outset. The team particularly values his ability to address various legal issues and offer innovative solutions.

Outside of his legal career, Hrant is actively engaged in sports. He maintains that his success as a lawyer would not have been possible without his involvement in sports. Hrant lives by the motto: “Nothing is impossible; just believe and act.”
