Marine Shahparonyan

Marine Shahparonyan is an attorney with more than 10 years of legal and consulting experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in International Business Law from the French University in Armenia. Marine received an Advocates license from the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia in 2015. For the past 10 years, Marine has worked as a Senior Manager of the Legal Department at Grant Thornton Armenia.

Marine joined MB Legal CJSC as a Partner in June 2022. With her unique vision of the company’s current goals and further development, she has become a valuable team player and one of the corporate growth drivers.

In addition to her permanent job, she currently delivers lectures in the frames of International Commercial Contracts’ Law at the French University of Armenia.
Marine enjoys playing the piano, painting, and spending her leisure time with the family.
