Anahit Sargsyan

Anahit Sargsyan joined the team in 2021 as a lawyer and got promoted to a senior position in 2022. She graduated from the Yerevan State University with a diploma with honors, received her L.L.M. from the American University of Armenia and became a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia in December 2021.

Throughout her academic studies, Anahit has been actively engaged in numerous exchange and volunteer programs, as a part of which she collaborated with several NGO-s, providing pro-bono legal services. As an enthusiast of competitions, she never missed a chance to deepen her knowledge and improve her skills by participating in national and international moot-court competitions in various fields of law, including International commercial arbitration, banking law, insurance law, intellectual property, and mediation.

As part of her career development, Anahit took part in different legal courses organized by I.R.Z. and G.I.Z. German cooperation organizations, including most recently organized mediation courses.

After working as a legal counsel at different law firms in Armenia and gaining experience in various spheres of law, Anahit decided to specialize in corporate and business law. And her journey at M.B. Legal took her to the financial world, resulting in her sound experience working with investment companies and funds.
