Mariam Hovhannisyan

Mariam Hovhannisyan joined MB Legal in 2026. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from the French University in Armenia (UFAR), which cooperates with Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. Mariam is currently an attendee of the Academy of Advocacy.

Mariam specializes in corporate law, providing legal advice on matters related to the establishment and operation of companies, corporate governance, reorganizations, transaction structuring, and other corporate matters. She is also involved in addressing legal matters related to local and foreign investments, the legal structuring of companies, and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining MB Legal, Mariam gained professional experience in the legal sector in both the Republic of Armenia and the French Republic. In France, she completed professional internships in Toulouse, working as a lawyer at a youth association, as well as in Montpellier, where she worked as a legal assistant. In Armenia, Mariam gained significant corporate experience at Legelata Law Firm, where she worked on matters related to corporate and commercial law, foreign investments, intellectual property, and related legal issues.

Mariam is distinguished by her meticulous and responsible approach, analytical thinking, and results-oriented work style. In the field of corporate law, she places particular importance on gaining an in-depth understanding of her clients’ business objectives and providing clear, practical, and effective legal solutions tailored to their needs.

Outside of her professional activities, Mariam enjoys travelling, exploring the world, and discovering the cultures of different countries.
