Mary Grigoryan

Mary Grigoryan is a legal and compliance professional with more than 10 years of experience in financial services, corporate law, and regulatory advisory. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Yerevan State University and a Master’s degree in Law from the American University of Armenia, and has been a licensed advocate since 2018.

Throughout her career, Mary has advised banks, investment firms, and corporate clients on a broad spectrum of matters, including regulatory compliance, AML/CFT frameworks, corporate governance, contract structuring, and dispute resolution.

Mary joined MB Legal CJSC with a commitment to strengthening the firm’s corporate, commercial, and financial law capabilities. Her experience advising on complex transactions, drafting and negotiating high-impact contracts, and supporting clients operating in regulated sectors aligns with the firm’s mission of delivering high-quality, client-centered legal services. She leads MB Legal’s growth by supporting cross-disciplinary projects, enhancing the firm’s analytical and strategic advisory functions, and promoting a culture of precision, integrity, and forward-thinking legal practice.

Outside of her professional activities, Mary is passionate about fashion and style, and she especially enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whom she considers her main source of inspiration and support.
