Elen Baghdasaryan

Elen Baghdasaryan is a licensed attorney providing comprehensive legal services primarily to corporate clients. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University, where she developed a strong foundation in legal theory and practice. She later earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the American University of Armenia, deepening her expertise in complex legal systems and international legal standards.

Elen has worked in several law firms, gaining extensive experience in corporate, civil, contractual, and international law. She also served as General Counsel at Tower International Consultants CJSC, where she oversaw legal compliance, advised management on strategic matters, and supported business operations across various legal domains.

Over the years, she has specialized in advising corporate clients on company formation and reorganization, contract drafting and negotiations, compliance matters, risk assessment, and ongoing legal support. Her approach is client-focused and solution-oriented, aimed at protecting business interests while fostering sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Elen recently joined MB Legal with the goal of creating additional value for the firm and building effective, long-term partnerships, positioning herself as a trusted legal advisor to businesses navigating complex legal environments.
