Ani Avetikyan

Ani Avetikyan joined MB Legal in 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the French University in Armenia (Jean Moulin Lyon 3), where she built a solid academic foundation in law, and subsequently completed her LL.M. at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. She is a licensed member of the Armenian Bar Association.

Ani has broad experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and litigation, with a particular focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and regulatory risks. Throughout her career, she has advised clients on a wide range of legal matters, supporting both strategic decision-making and the efficient management of day-to-day business operations.

Before joining MB Legal, Ani worked as an in-house lawyer at several well-known organizations, including the Central Depository of Armenia, the Nork Group of Companies, one of Armenia’s leading business groups, as well as other international companies.

Ani is distinguished by her meticulous approach, strong sense of responsibility, and results-oriented work style. She is committed to effectively protecting her clients’ interests by providing reliable and practical legal solutions.

Outside of her professional life, Ani enjoys travelling and discovering new cultures, which broadens her perspective and keeps her inspired. She also leads an active lifestyle, with a passion for running and yoga, which helps her maintain focus, discipline, and a sense of inner balance.
